Neo-Light

NeoLight vs Neon

Wiring Instructions

Corner Options

Neo-Light: Designed as an alternative for neon border applications. Proved and tested for cold weather use in Canada . Will not dim.

Neo-Light is easily installed on any surface with minimal surface penetration and is built to withstand the harshest environments. Unlike invasive wall penetrations required by neon installations, Neo-Light's wiring can be accommodated through 1/4" conduit. A transformer is needed every 60 to 100 feet. Neo-Light can be easily cut in the field to conform to any architectural requirement. When mounting buttons are installed, Neo-Light will easily slide or snap into position.

Neo-Light lengths: 1', 2', 4', 6', and 8' foot lengths
and can be cut at 3" inch increments.

NeoLight has 20 to 25 lights per 12" depending on the color.

Colors: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Orange .

This is a cross section of the blue tube with the light in place.

The slot at the base is for installation.

End Caps come with each strip ordered. The end caps are soft, transparent, flexible plastic plugs that seal the ends and keep out dust, insects and water. It also allows the light to transmit between the ends of different sections to keep the light continuous and seamless. This also allows for expansion and contraction.

Above is a red light PC board. The red color codes the color of the lights.

These PC boards are slid into the extrusion tube of the same color to make the color of the light more intense.

Shown are the Yellow and Red endcaps. They are made of a soft rubber material to allow for expansion and contraction. They are translucent to transmit light from one tube to the other so there are no "dead" spots without light. They are glued into place when you receive the light strip. The slot in the Amber one is for the wire feed to connect one 8 ft. length to the next.
